Season 29 proves the children of South Park are still trapped in fourth grade while the rest of society keeps supplying them with new material. The show remains crude, fast and aggressively topical, turning current absurdities into jokes before anyone has agreed what actually happened. Tasteful it is not. Consistently willing to poke the bear, absolutely.
