Small Prophets

Season 1 of Small Prophets is here, because apparently the characters still had unfinished business. It leans into Comedy / Drama, where bad decisions are at least supposed to be funny, which is a decent start. The audience score suggests this one has earned considerably more goodwill than the average content-shaped object. The formula is familiar, but that is not automatically a crime; sometimes you want a series to know its job, turn up on time, and get on with it.
