The House

With The House, the pitch is basically Animation / Comedy plus enough trouble to keep everyone busy. The animated format gets permission to be louder, stranger and less restrained than real life. The rating says it has enough going for it to justify a look, provided the premise is your kind of trouble. If that sounds like your sort of evening, excellent. If not, no amount of dramatic lighting and expensive marketing is going to perform a miracle.
