The Curse of Oak Island

The Curse of Oak Island reaches Season 13 with a simple proposition: more Documentary / Reality-TV, more complications, and very little interest in a quiet life. Here, reality does most of the heavy lifting, which is often unsettling enough without embellishment. The rating says it has enough going for it to justify a look, provided the premise is your kind of trouble. Existing fans will know exactly what they signed up for, while newcomers should probably start earlier unless confusion is part of the entertainment.
