Pinball: The Man Who Saved the Game

Pinball: The Man Who Saved the Game takes the Comedy / Drama route and wastes little time pretending life is going to remain orderly. Here, bad decisions are at least supposed to be funny, which is a decent start. The IMDb crowd seems broadly convinced, which is more than can be said for a lot of modern entertainment. The real question is whether the movie can keep its nerve once the setup is established — because a good premise is easy; landing the thing without driving into a hedge is the difficult bit.
