Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio

With Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio, the pitch is basically Adventure / Animation plus enough trouble to keep everyone busy. Staying home would have been safer, but considerably less useful to the plot. The IMDb crowd seems broadly convinced, which is more than can be said for a lot of modern entertainment. If that sounds like your sort of evening, excellent. If not, no amount of dramatic lighting and expensive marketing is going to perform a miracle.
