Liaison

Liaison reaches Season 1 with a simple proposition: more Drama / Thriller, more complications, and very little interest in a quiet life. Here, everyone carries enough emotional baggage to trigger an airline surcharge. The rating says it has enough going for it to justify a look, provided the premise is your kind of trouble. Existing fans will know exactly what they signed up for, while newcomers should probably start earlier unless confusion is part of the entertainment.
